Chapter 3

Yuji Itadori was still trying to understand the strange new world he had entered. Ever since he swallowed Sukuna’s finger, a powerful curse lived inside him. Sometimes he could feel Sukuna’s presence, dark and sharp, waiting for a chance to come out.

At Tokyo Jujutsu High, Yuji trained every day to control his body and keep Sukuna trapped inside. Some moments were easy. Others felt like fighting a storm inside his own chest.

One morning, Yuji was taken to meet someone important.

A tall man with a blindfold over his eyes walked toward him, smiling calmly.
This was Satoru Gojo, one of the strongest Jujutsu sorcerers alive.

Gojo spoke with a relaxed voice, but Yuji could tell he was incredibly powerful. Even standing still, he gave off a strange, almost unreal energy.

He asked Yuji to follow him for a test.

Yuji agreed, unsure of what was coming.

Without warning, Gojo summoned Sukuna out from inside Yuji for a moment. The world shook as Sukuna appeared, laughing loudly with his cruel voice. But Gojo didn’t flinch. He smiled, blocking Sukuna’s attacks like they were nothing.

Yuji watched in shock.

This man was on a completely different level.

After forcing Sukuna back into Yuji’s body, Gojo explained that Yuji had a rare chance to help the world — but it would be dangerous. The goal was simple:

Yuji had to collect all of Sukuna’s fingers.

And each one would push him deeper into the world of curses.

As Yuji walked back to the school with Gojo, he knew his life would only get harder from here. But he also knew he wasn’t facing it alone.
